Sausalitos Heilbronn in Heilbronn

Rude bartender, made me feel very uncomfortable and got kicked out after asking for a little more alcohol in the very weak cocktail. Please avoid this place!

We were there on October 26th, 2020. The food was delicious but after a 40 minute stay the waitress walked past us, said she would be there without us needing anything and told us this countless times every minute while walking past our table. When we wanted to pay, she said this at least 7 more times until we could pay. I've never heard the phrase 'I'll be right there' so often in 90 minutes.

The food was good, the service very friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, the digital map is not that great. The hygiene concept for the right-hand seats inside is also not well resolved - it is very tight.

Very unfriendly and the taste was also very relaxed .. Conditions very young and talk to someone like they want. Unfortunately we didn't finish because it was very greasy and the bill was so high. A pity

Good choice of cocktails. You get a huge glass with ice and other ingredients. The place is always packed. It is a good value for money. Mostly young folks. Quality is ok - you can get better cocktails elsewhere. But what you get for the price you pay is quite nice!!!

The food and drinks were, as always, very tasty for the Sausalitos. However, the service was quite slow and not attentive, although it wasn't that busy. For me it was incomprehensible why she first cleared tables instead of taking care of the guests first. (There were enough free tables in case new customers came.) If she had reacted automatically to our empty glasses, we would have liked to have had another drink, but after we had to wait forever for the order and after repeatedly calling attention to order something new, we also had to wait forever ... There were also problems with the order because our starter was not even brought.

In Heilbronn actually my favorite place when it comes to eating / drinking. Have already had several visits to the Sausalitos Heilbronn and was always satisfied. The food was always delicious and the portions were sufficient. Cocktails are delicious and the homemade iced teas can only be recommended. Can recommend a visit to Sausalitos Heilbronn to everyone. Great atmosphere inside the restaurant too.

We were at Sausalitos on Sunday evening. We had to wait almost 30 minutes until the still full table was cleared and we could order our drinks. The table was only wiped when asked. Service was unfriendly. Baked nachos were served cold - when we asked, we were told that there was nothing to be done. Cocktails and burgers were good, but nothing special, but one star. Price-performance ratio, however, not okay, for long waiting times and poor service.

A little disappointed with Taco Tuesday. With the tacos it should be normal that one costs 1 €. Cocktails, as always, great and not too expensive. The service was super nice and everything was clean.

The service is unfriendly and we would have to wait 30 minutes to order something. In addition, I ordered a coke and was allowed to wait 20 minutes again. Service miserable and the fries taste like old fat. We had to take care of the cutlery ourselves and the food was there for the drinks. I'm extremely disappointed the store is not recommended!

Was there for the second time (didn't want to continue walking because of heavy rain) this time at lunchtime with children. The savings tips from yesterday's barbecue at the neighbour's were a whole lot better. Atmosphere at noon so well. Presumably in the evening with appropriate lighting and music, you can definitely drink a great cocktail, which is certainly done when I consider how long an employee refilled the huge bottle shelf But not again for lunch.

Absolutely not recommended. The food was sometimes cold, and the tacos didn't even contain all of the ingredients. I paid 8.90 for 3 tacos and the cocktails weren't particularly tasty. I've never eaten in such a bad restaurant and the service was more than just unfriendly. NOT RECOMMENDABLE!

Cocktail normal nothing special. Tacos absolutely overpriced for 3 tacos + drink for 2 € 30, I'm not even minimally full, 3 small flatbreads with minced meat and not even all the ingredients in the taco. I let me know where my corn is actually because it is on the menu, then she says I'll look and just slap cold cans of corn on it. Absolutely the lowest class for 3 takos 8 € and then you get cold inferior takos. Absolute trap and cheek

Gone after 45 minutes after we told the waitresses three times that we didn't order the food they wanted to distribute (a poor testimony when I have to ask at six tables with every order if and who ordered it) but would like to finally order it . After no one came, not even after the third time, we left. Competition was quick and tasty ...

Very delicious food and mega nice cocktails! As far as drinks go, Sausalitos is one of the best in HN. Generally recommended. Nevertheless, you should take some time with you when visiting, as you have to expect waiting times. (Well, these come because there is quite a lot going on, which in turn shows that many people go there) In the evening the music gets very loud. Until then it's going well.

Waited 45 minutes for a cocktail, and "happy hour" is more like "fooling hour"! Almost no alcohol in it and suddenly a little more alcohol in there after the "fooling hour". But 3 cocktails in almost 4 hours is just really unacceptable! Food was ok, but waited forever here too.

If you order three things to share, you don't have to order any main dish. The plates are big and very delicious.

Tasty and cheap (Mondays) food. Cool atmosphere. Pretty late with the table cleaning.

Just sat two in the front row in the outdoor area. Since no one noticed us after more than 25 minutes, we made ourselves noticeable. So far so good. We then ordered 2 beers. Then when we waited another 20 minutes we got up and went somewhere else. The shop wasn't particularly busy ...

Today we reserved a table for three at short notice and we are happy that it worked out. Unfortunately it was a total disappointment. After 50 minutes of waiting, nobody thought it necessary to take an order. So we just left. Not recommendable...

Very fast service tonight, everyone was in a good mood. Food and drinks great as always and a getting to mix yourself a free cocktail behind the bar on your birthday just tops it all off. Cheers Sausalitos Heilbronn, see you again soon!

Very very nice but long wait for everything

Food was really awesome. Both the quantity and quality was good. Staffs were really friendly. We had just entered without reservation and staff was kind enough to offer the table for 10persons. Authentic Mexican food. I recommend this place for dinner/lunch. Value for money.

Great place for lunch

Only had a light lunch however the nachos were crispy and not saturated in oil and the buffalo wings had a lovely crispy skin and cooked very well. The staff were excellent and the service was very quick.

Cocktails are fabioulous. The waiters are all super nice and the food is great. Love those special evenings and the everyday happy hour for cocktails!

They often go there for lunch on Mondays, which makes it very suitable. Mondays are always "Food Monday" and there is a separate menu of dishes that only cost half. Because otherwise I find the most prices for the food there quite high, for what you finally get. In the evening at the weekend, the store is usually very crowded and there may be long waiting times for drinks and especially for food. Reservations are highly recommended! Otherwise everything was fine, the location is very nice, especially in the summer when you can sit outside on the water (Neckarufer)!

Ok atmosphere, nice service but food wasn't good enough. Also, overpriced! Wouldn't go there again.

The food is good , but the stuff they move like they’re dying and when you go for paying the waitress is getting really angry if you don’t want to leave tip . Shame..!
